Works well
I used the thermostat to control an AC fan in series with my solar air collectors. It was easy to wire (3 terminals: 1 for hot, 1 for cold and 1 COM; didnt use the cold terminal in my case). The hot/cold cutoff is about 58F/14C. The white cover blend into my wall color (light beige) pretty good. (more)

Seems ok
really pricey, but I guess you need it for higher temp applications. Seems to insulate, but there is no neat way to install it if one pipe end is not available to slip it onto. If installing on pipes by slitting it, it is messy and impossible to close neatly. (more)

We get a good amount of snow here so I extended the pipe with a 1 coupling and some 1 copper tubing so melting snow wouldnt back up, run inside the cap and do damage.
