If you'd like to come by our headquarters location to talk in person with our sales team, please call in advance and set up an appointment with us between 9AM and 5PM ET so that one of our technical sales representatives can be available to meet with you.

Below is a map and instructions on how to drive to our headquarters (and warehouse). Normal office hours for receiving customers is between 9AM and 5PM ET. If you are picking up an order at one of our warehouses, please see the section below.

From 495: Take Exit 28 for MA-111 toward Boxboro/Harvard. Go about a 0.2 miles to the 2nd set of stop lights and take a left onto Codman Hill Road. 330 Codman Hill Road will be on the left.

If you would prefer to come on by and pick up your order at our Boxborough, MA warehouse, we would be happy to attend to you.

Because our guys in the warehouse are so busy getting out daily shipments and bringing in new products and we want to ensure your order is ready when you arrive, we simply ask that you take into consideration the following before arriving:

Schedule a Pickup Time with our Boxborough, MA Warehouse. We'll Need Some Time to Prepare Your Order:

• If you place your order on our website, simply put into the sales order notes during checkout the time you will pickup your order (after 24 hours) during our times of operation.
• If you place your order online, your order will generally be ready for pickup after 24 hours.
• If you place your over the phone with a sales rep, they will work with you to coordinate the time for a pickup. Your order will generally be ready for pickup after 24 hours.
• If your order needs to be picked up more urgently, we ask that you call in and speak with our Customer Service Team.
