Product Overview
The S-5! CorruBracket 100T is a top-fixed bracket for exposed-fastened corrugated metal roofing. It mounts on the crest of the corrugation, straddling the valley, so the fasteners stay out of the drainage plane.
S-5! says the 100T fits U.S. corrugated profiles 7/8" and 3/4" high with about 2.67" rib pitch. It can fasten into the sheeting only, or through the sheeting into the deck or purlins for heavier loads.
A slotted top hole takes a standard M8 bolt with the included M8 hex flange nut, which slides into the top groove. An EPDM gasket on the base seals against the panel.

Usually required
- An M8 bolt and your rail or mounting hardware: S-5! lists the M8 hex flange nut as included; for the standard M8 bolt, check what ships with your order. Also check whether your rail maker lists the 100T as an approved attachment.
- Screws for structure attachment, if used: S-5! lists metal-to-metal and metal-to-wood screws that are not provided.
May be required
- Sheeting screws: Check what ships with your order. S-5!'s installation instructions and product page list self-piercing screws as included, but its 100T brochure says attachment fasteners are not included.
- Bulb-type rivets: S-5! allows riveting through the pre-punched holes instead of screws. It also says to replace a stripped screw with a bulb rivet or larger fastener.
- Rail system components: See metal roof mounts.
Optional upgrades
- S-5! CorruBracket: The bottom-fixed version that fastens into structure in the low of the corrugation. See CorruBracket.
Check current manufacturer documentation before combining components, especially batteries, inverters, communications equipment and system-control hardware.
Important Considerations
- Don't over-drive fasteners. S-5! says a slight extrusion of rubber around the washer is a good visual check, and recommends a screw gun with a depth-sensing nose piece or torque clutch.
- Sheeting-only vs. structure. S-5! describes sheeting-only attachment for medium-duty applications and fixing into the deck or purlin for heavy-duty applications.
- Rail approval. IronRidge's current XR Flush Mount manual does not list CorruBracket 100T among its approved third-party attachments.
- Engineering is your responsibility. S-5! says the user or installer is responsible for all engineering and design, including spacing. S-5! publishes load test results on its website for load-critical designs.
