No viable customer support
The outback components of this system have many software bugs and data reporting issues. After some time trying to inform outback about issues with their parts of this integrated system, they simply refuse to provide any support because they DO NOT SUPPORT simpliphi's batteries.
Outback support explicitly said there WILL NOT BE ANY firmware updates to address issues specific to the Simpliphi battery chemistry.
I made no progress with their customer support despite the fact that my issue has nothing to do with the batteries.
Save your money. Just say no to outback
