The SunPro SPDG440-N108M10 is a 440 W N-type TOPCon bifacial double-glass solar module with 108 half-cut monocrystalline cells. It is built for residential and commercial PV arrays that need a modern ~440 W module with Stäubli MC4 connectors and a 1,500 VDC maximum system voltage.

TOPCon (tunnel oxide passivated contact) is an N-type cell technology. Bifacial double-glass construction lets the rear glass collect reflected light; actual rear-side energy depends on mounting height, tilt, and ground reflectance. Module efficiency at STC is 22.53% on the manufacturer datasheet.
