Enphase IQ8HC Microinverter – 384VA
The Enphase IQ8HC Microinverter is a high-performance microinverter designed for today’s higher-power, higher-current solar panels. Part of Enphase’s advanced IQ8 Series, the IQ8HC converts DC electricity from each individual solar panel into grid-ready AC power, helping maximize energy production while providing module-level reliability and system flexibility.
With up to 384 VA peak AC output, a 14A maximum continuous DC input current, and a broad 29.5V–45V MPPT range, the IQ8HC is well suited for many modern high-output solar modules. Each solar panel operates independently, so shading, debris, or a problem with one module does not reduce the output of the entire array the way it can with a traditional string inverter.
The IQ8HC uses Enphase's software-defined, microgrid-forming architecture and can be incorporated into Enphase grid-tied and backup energy systems. When paired with the appropriate Enphase system components, an IQ8-based system can provide advanced backup capabilities and can be expanded with Enphase IQ Batteries as your energy needs change.
Compact plug-and-play connections simplify installation, while Enphase Power Line Communication allows the microinverters to communicate with the Enphase IQ Gateway for system monitoring and management.
