The Enphase Control Cable CTRL-SC3-NA-01 is the North America control cable Enphase specifies for wired CTRL signaling between IQ System Controller 3/3G, IQ Battery 5P, IQ Combiner 5/5C, and Communications Kit 2.
Per TEC-00007-3.0, one quantity is one 500 ft spool. Enphase states the total length of control wiring across the system cannot exceed 250 feet, and the cable must meet a minimum 50 Ω impedance.

Usually required
- Plan CTRL routes so the sum of all control segments stays within Enphase’s 250 ft system limit.
- Terminate on the CTRL headers as shown in the IQ System Controller / Combiner QIGs.

- IQ System Controller 3 or IQ System Controller 3G when building a new backup interconnection.
- IQ Combiner 5 HDK when the combiner is the CTRL hub.

Important Considerations
