My PV system includes a Sunny Boy 6000U inverter. The wireless Sunny Beam Remote Monitor has been a great enhancement. I can see what the system is doing from my desktop. It shows daily and monthly graphs of energy output, current power output, plus daily and system totals in kWh.

The USB port connects to my PC and allows me to grab daily and monthly data in convenient Excel spreadsheets using the Sunny Data Control software. I use the data to build graphs, compare system performance over time, etc.

Since my home is often used for educational purposes, having the Sunny Beam available to show people the graphic display in real time is another strong benefit.

The installation was quick and simple. There have been zero problems with the unit. It's a great tool!

My Sunny Beam was easy to insrall and had grest features when it worked. Within one week of installation the unit quit working. With help from customer support I had to continually reset the unit to test mode to get it to transmit the 70 feet from my computer to the SB2500.
