Schneider Conext Configuration ToolWrite a review

This tool has come in extra handy for me as I live off-grid and my Generac EcoGen has been down for the last 3 months. To update the firmware everything needs to go to stand-by which means no house electric and no internet. I tried several times to update using the Conext SCP and Conext Gateway and had problems. With the Configuration tool, fully downloaded updates, and my laptop computer, I had no problems fixing the issues and updating the firmware on the XW+, SCP, and AGS. Now I am back online and seeing everything working proper.
One bit of bad information is that the software disk is too big for the box and came bent (would not work in DVD player), but I was able to go online to get the software needed. They give you a flash drive but it did not have software on it. The product is expensive; it would be a great buy at half the cost.
