Phocos CL1230C 12V, 30 W Cool, CFL LampWrite a review

I purchased TWO of these lamps. At first glance I was impressed with the quality, BUT ..... both lamps failed within 2-3 months !! 2 of the 4 tubes went dead. I have used many kinds of CFL's over the years and these were by far the worst for lifespan.
