My first attempt at a dc panel was stuff I got for free. It worked but did not have provisions for a shunt. It probably would not pass inspection either. So I had to learn the hard way and do it twice. This Midnite panel is proper way to do it. It provides connection points and breaker spaces in a nice clean way. The electrical inspector was really impressed.
