IG Plus Advanced Grid Tie Inverter, 11.4-1
11.4 kW, 208/240VAC, Single Phase
This three power stage inverter is available in 10.0, 11.4 and 12.0 kW in single and three-phase applications. Best suited for large residential and commercial applications.
The next generation Fronius IG Plus inverter builds on a successful model with multiple enhancements, including maximum power harvest, a built-in six circuit string combiner, integrated, lockable DC Disconnect, significantly improved efficiency, and unbeatable reliability.The High Frequency (HF) transformers used in each Fronius IG Plus allow these inverters to maintain a constant level of efficiency while still being compact and lightweight.
The rugged and durable design of the Fronius IG Plus V inverter makes it an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor installations. The sealed cooling system allows air flow over the heat sink without dust, moisture or coastal salt air ever coming into contact with the internal circuitry of the inverter. Additionally, each circuit board is dipped in a conformal coating for added protection from the elements.

Fronius has made a range of improvements to the original IG Plus line of inverters to create the IG Plus V Series. The bullet points below outline the changes that are incorporated into the new IG Plus V models.
- IG Plus V line added the 10.0-3 which is a three phase 208V 10kw inverter that was not available in the IG Plus version
- The DC Disconnect is now located outside (underside) of the inverter’s connection compartment rather than internal to the connection compartment
- The front door of the connection compartment is now secured with (4) screws rather than a latch/hinge, providing improved security
- The mounting bracket for the IG Plus V now has a “Snap in Feature”, which eliminates the need for two screws to secure the back plate together
- Software upgrades offering "Smart Grid" capabilites
