**2014 NEC code 690.12 states that PV System circuits installed on or in buildings shall include a 'rapid shutdown function' that controls specific conductors within the array. This label, as part of the code, must be placed next to the Rapid Shutdown Equipment.
HellermannTyton pre-printed Solar Installation labels are designed to meet the requirements of the 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC 2014) and the 2012 International Fire Code (IFC 2012) as well as being acceptalbe to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Labels are made with durable UV stable materials and adhesives that are designed to stick to both baked enamel and powder coat surfaces. Where applicable, labels are made using reflective materials for first responder safety.
