The WEEB-DPF is a washer used to bond the frame of a PV module to Direct Power and Water P6-P8 Rails or the DPW CRS Ballasted mounting system.

What is a WEEB?

WEEB stands for "Washer, Electrical Equipment Bonding". The WEEB family of products are used to bond solar modules to solar mounts. The mounts are then grounded so the entire assembly is grounded.

All WEEB products have been tested according to UL467 and are listed with Intertek, a National Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). The products use patent pending technology for bonding anodized aluminum surfaces together. Bonding PV modules to a mounting structure removes the need to wire the modules separately: just the mounting structure needs to be wired to ground.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: To correctly install WEEB-DPF, each side of the mid-clamp must cover at least 135 mm of the module frame. This means that there can be no more than 3.0 mm of space between the mid-clamp and the module frame. Check with the module manufacturer for any additional installation requirements. WEEBs are for SINGLE USE ONLY! Do not torque fasteners down if position of solar modules is not finalized. Only slightly tighten fasteners to keep modules in place.
