Tax Credits/Rebates for solar air heating in Pennsylvania?

I am considering the purchase of solar air heaters for my home and was wonderign if anyone can tell me what federal and Pennsylvania tax credits might be available?  All I can find on PA's web site seems to only apply to business and the state doesn't seem interested inanswering my mail.

You will like this but you may need to wait.  Also if you are in the Philadelphia area PECO offers an incentive of 4/KWH. 

Governor Unveils New Plan for Energy Independence

On February 1, Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell released his Energy Independence Strategy that will save Pennsylvania electric consumers $10 billion in energy costs over the next 10 years; reduce our state's reliance on foreign fuels by increasing the production of clean energy; and create more jobs in the energy production and energy technology sectors. The governor also announced that he will soon introduce his plan for combating global warming.

check out desireusa.org

i dont think air heating units qualify but i'm not sure.  those that involve photovoltaics may be able to get in on rebates or tax breaks that way.
