Returns/RMAs

When requesting a return, please first read over our return policy and if appropriate request an RMA number by calling us at +1(877)878-4060 or by contacting our RMA department through its online form.

Returns must be coordinated with our customer service staff ahead of time. Depending on the product returns may need to be shipped back to varying locations.

If you'd like to come by our headquarters location to talk in person with our sales team, please call in advance and set up an appointment with us between 9AM and 5PM ET so that one of our technical sales representatives can be available to meet with you.

From 495: Take Exit 25A onto Hudson Street. Go about a mile to the 2nd set of stop lights and take a left onto Route 85. Take your first right onto Broad Street. Follow Broad Street for about 3/4 of a mile. On the left hand side after you cross a small bridge you should see a large brick building, known as the Hudson Mills Building at 43 Broad Street. Park in the front and take the main lobby elevator to the 4th floor. Our office is on the far Southeast side of the building. Follow the signs to find your way.

Follow Broad Street for about 3/4 of a mile. On the left hand side after you cross a small bridge you should see a large brick building, known as the Hudson Mills Building at 43 Broad Street. Park in the front and take the main lobby elevator to the 3rd floor. Our warehouse is on the Southeast wing of the building.

If you are picking up products that require a pallet jack or forklift our warehouse personnel will give you instructions on where to pull your vehicle up to around back.

If you would prefer to come on by and pick up your order at our warehouse we would be happy to attend to you.

Because our guys in the warehouse are so busy getting out daily shipments and bringing in new products and we want to ensure your order is ready when you arrive, we simply ask that you take into consideration the following before arriving:

• Hours for Pickups:
  • 9AM-3PM: For most orders or orders that need to be palletized (require a pallet jack to be transported) Pick up is available until 3PM. Advance noticed is required.
  • 3PM-5PM: If you need to pick up your order after 3PM, we can arrange to have your order available at our 4th floor office, up until 5PM. Please let our staff know if you will need this accommodation. (This option is available only for orders weighing less than 100lbs).
    
    
• Schedule a Pickup Time with our Warehouse:
  • If you place your order on our website, simply put into the sales order notes during checkout the time you will pickup your order during our times of operation.
  • If you place your over the phone with a sales rep, they will work with you to coordinate the time for a pickup.
    
    
• We'll Need Some Time to Prepare Your Order:
  • If you place your order online, your order will generally be ready for pickup after 4 hours. If you place your order after 11AM ET, it will be ready for pickup the following business day.
  • If your order needs to be picked up more urgently, we ask that you call it in and speak with one of our sales reps. Urgent phone orders can be processed within 1 hour. Orders after 2PM ET will be ready the following business day.
