Please note, this is an administrative office only. All sales are through the AltE web store or via the sales phone line. This location will not necessarily receive returns. Returns must be coordinated with our sales staff. Depending on the product returns must be shipped back to varying locations.

Customers may come to our office for sales consultation and we're excited to meet and work with you, but we do need you to understand that both our Ohio and Massachusetts locations are an administrative offices.

This means we don't stock the products here - we are a web store after all!

There is some demonstration equipment, but we warehouse most of our products up in New Hampshire. So if you'd like to come by, please set up an appointment rather than dropping by on the spur of the moment.

Occasionally customers want to come by to pick up their products locally at our office or plan on attending one of our seminars. Below are instructions on how to come our office. Normal office hours for receiving customers is between 9AM and 5PM ET.

From 495: Take Exit 25A onto Hudson Street. Go about a mile to the 2nd set of stop lights and take a left onto Route 85. Take your first right onto Broad Street. Follow Broad Street for about 3/4 of a mile. On the left hand side after you cross a small bridge you should see a large brick building, known as the Hudson Mills Building at 43 Broad Street. Park in the front and take the main lobby elevator to the 4th floor. Our office is on the far Southeast side of the building. Follow the signs to find your way.
