I have owned this product (3024i) for four years and have been very happy with it and the support I have received from Blue Sky Energy. It recently failed after having water drip onto it for about a week. Because I have been so happy with the product, I ordered the latest version from AltE. Because I travel in an RV and needed it shipped in a timely fashion, AltE followed my order and made sure it got shipped right away. AltE
s price was also the most reasonable one I found. If their service is always this good, then they are a good company to deal with.
