Global Solar Energy Global Solar 30W 12V Framed Solar Panel review

I can't give the panel a review other than to say it puts out voltage.
I have serious doubts as to 30 watts, it seems to me to be more like 3.
When connected to a "BZ 240 14A, 12V PWM CHARGE CONTROLLER" it WILL NOT CHARGE a AGM type battery.
Maybe this unit is used to charge AA and AAA ni/cads but for a sealed battery it is useless.
AND, don't bother writing the company, I sent 4 e-mails and never receiived a reply.
I am trying to find another sucker to buy this from me, since I was suckered out of nearly $200
