ups shipped it to me unharmned and undamaged, i was very worried about such a large thin crystal chip being shipped ups. the houseing for the cell is very well constructed aluminum and glass frame , i think it will take a very large hail stone to crack this glass!
if a golfball size hail stone hits it probably will break.
but i do not believe any other weather will affect it at all it seems to be sealed up real good and sturdy.

I was looking for a panel for my camper so I called and the service was great. The sales person asked me some questions about my needs and set me up with the Kyocera KC40T. It was simple to install and works very nice for my needs. I have to thank the great sales team at the alternative energy store.

This module is well made and works well with a Phocos 5A controller. In Florida, I am getting about 2.5A charging current. The framing is well made and suitable for hard mounting.
