The AET tank is a dissapointment. It is costly, relatively poorly insulated and poorly constructed. We install dozens of systems a month and liked the idea of this tank because of the coil plus electric backup, but I will not repeat this mistake. We've already spent several hundred dollars replacing one bad tank and we've yet to determine is the company will honor their warranty or not.

The AET/Leveredge customer service has been pretty poor as well (though altenergystor has been good).
