I took over what was left of the Reynolds solar branch in Fairfax, Va in 1986. The internal piping in those panels is only 5/8" and that's too small to accommodate the volume of flow needed for your pool. The panels still can be used for hot water. Hi there, Reynolds aluminum has been out of business for over twenty years and we had bought out alot of there stock when they went. They are an exceptional hot water panel for domestic hot water use, but as far as pool coverage I'm sorry to tell you but you would need many many more to heat your pool. They make a pool panel that is made of black PVC pipe that works quite well though. The system you have could be reinstalled for house hot water though and we would be the ones to call in Northern Va., we specialize in the Reynolds aluminum systems, but work with many different brands. Personally I think Reynolds made the best hot water system out there, but thats just my opinion. Questins ask solartechmaxx @ yahoo.com

What type of system are u looking for? we have many used systems available, we are located in Va., so shipping would probably be expensive unless u were out this way. We could probably sell u a system for under a $1000. Two panels w/heat exchanger and lines. You would have to get a tank though. I'm going to put one on ebay soon and see how it does. solartechmaxx @ yahoo.com

Bull@#$%, Ive been installing and servicing hot water panels for over twenty years! We have over 2800 hundred customers that are very well satified with there performance and low maintenance. Roof mount is very much the way to go. rarely do we have a leak in the roof do to solar panels, unless when one gets a new roof the roofing company doesnt call us to remove them and install them back on after the new roof is installed and they try to roof around them. The old roof is still left under the panels and leaks do appear then. Where are u located, we are in the Northern Va. area and if you have a family of 4 or more I highly recommend hot water solar. The more hot water u use the more it will save you. Most all of our systems have been working and saving customers money for over 20 years. Thats when the big tax break was and now the goverment has brung it back again this year for a 30% tax break and some states has followed with an additional 10% to 15% tax break. Let me know if you need more advice, you can email me at solartechmaxx @ yahoo.com
