self sufficient energy house plan

is there somewhere out there a house plan that uses all of the natural energy sources -- solor-- wind -- methane gas -- water??? Is it possible to build a home that is self contained that uses its own waste to generate energy through methane gas and makes use of solar power and wind which is clean and once you pay it is yours. you are not dependent on power companies which are now becoming undependable. Has NASA designed such a living unit?? Where can I get information on the cost and specs for this idea?

We need to start building homes that are not dependent on power companies.
