solar hot water baseboard system

happy, using solar for baseboards is not the way to go. Baseboard heating requires a constant supply of hot water to work up to spec. Storing or even trying to gain that much solar won't cut it. If you are building new, you should consider using the solar hot water as radiant heat in a concreter slab zone. The amount of area you can or want to heat will have to be calculated to determine how big a system you will need. And solar hot water is there too if you want it. Starting small and planning for the future is best because you can always add more if you need it.
 Best if you consider passive gain and insulation first. Alternative ways to heat your home and hot water, such as with a wood stove should also be investigated.
