Solar Panels

We have 8 large (4'X 8') solar panels on our roof.  They are not in use now.  We believe that they were original to the house, which is about 25 years old.  We are about to have a new roof put on the house, and are going to remove the panels.  Someone is interested in buying them, but we have no idea what they may be worth.  Please help.

 Hello am new to this site any idea if they were used for solar air heating or water heating . Any names on the collectors also.
What part of the states you from.
