Lighting strikes

Help what to do , I have been hit by lighting twice in the past year, the 1st time it just shut down my inverter and the last time is almost fried it the voltage is fluctuating between 104 & 120 and the cooling fan will not shut off.
I have a fx 3524 outback.
I have lighting proctors on all equipment and I am grounded.
Is there any way to distract the lighting away from my site.
I have a 50' wind mill, solar panels are about 25 feet high, i also have Hydro
