#1 - Renewable Energy > Wanted > Water fountain

I'm looking to put a water fountain in the middle of a remote pond... I've seen AC pond kits, but I'm looking for some kind of water pump that can do it using DC. Not sure what kind of specifications I would need on my pump just to produce a nice tall spray.

any ideas?

I'm looking for something similar... I have a remote pond that I'd like to put a fountain on. I've checked out the cost of AC and AC fountains are readily available, but I'm looking for a DC fountain. Anyone know what specifications on a pump could be used for a fountain?

regarding your stream question, I know you can get a DC pump to move the water from the stream, and depending on your needs, it can run in the daylight directly off of the PV panels.
