Air Breeze performance

Hello,
I would like to know if 'Air Breeze 24 volt' is good in my location. Details as follows;
Latitude 9.019
Longitude 7.493
Some information says that at 20 meter my wind speed is between 2.7 to 4.2 m/s (6.1 to 9.5)mph.
I would like to know if Air breeze can be used to charge my system of 24volts at 200Amp-Hr.
My building is duplex without any obstruction around, i do not know the actual hight from ground to the top where i have my satellite disc installed.

The wind speeds that you listed are not favorable for any wind turbine.
A single 100 watt solar panel would produce more power than the wind turbine.
