Shurflo's new industrial pumps are ideal for multi-fixture adjustable bypass fresh water installations. Other uses may include pressurized water systems in cabins and general water transfer. Benefits include a heavy-duty, thermally protected, CE compliant sealed motor, adjustable bypass and a self-priming 4-chamber design. This pump has a unique co-molded diaphragm and can run dry without damage.

APPLICATIONS:

  • General transfer – moving any number of different fluids from point A to B
  • Filtration systems – various versions from residential to industrial
  • Agriculture – transfer of fluids from tanks to sprayers
  • General spraying – industrial / agriculture / food service / cleaning
  • Pest control – chemical transfer & spraying
  • Remote wash down stations – where there may not be a good source of wired power

    FEATURES:

  • Santoprene Pump Head - great for water and some chemicals - leaves no aftertaste if pumping potable water
  • Bypass- allows pump to maintain line pressure of the pumped fluid, without constant motor cycling on /off or over –pressurization of the pump head or line. No delay for pressure / spray when nozzle is released as line pressure maintained. Once the bypass pressure is reached, the fluid recirculates in the pump head while the pump motor continues to run. This feature extends motor life
  • Sealed Motor & Switch – borrowed from our marine pumps – keeps spray from entering motor shell or switch & shorting out the wires. Allows for pump use in more robust environments. Note: pump is NOT capable of submerged operation, sealing reduces water spray from entering shell
  • Flexbible Power Source -can run on Battery or PV Direct (use of a controller is advised to smooth out the current spikes and reduce voltage variations)
  • Dry-run - situation where the fluid tank is empty and the pump remains in operation. Generally, these diaphragm pumps can handle this without damage
  • Self priming - the pump “pulls” fluid into the head for pumping without damage
