Vikram Solar has been a family-owned business since 1974. They are a PV module manufacturer based in Kolkata, India, and a subsidiary of 40-year old industrial conglomerate, Vikram India Group. Vikram has been manufacturing PV modules since 2007, and is listed as a Tier-1 manufacturer by Bloomberg New Energy. Their state-of-the-art factory has a current capacity of 500 MW annually, and is adding another 250MW capacity line. Rigorous quality control management meets the highest international standards for PV modules.
