Panasonic's EverVolt 360W module uses half-cut monocrystalline PERC cell technology to minimize electron loss and maximize efficiency (19.7%). These cells produce considerably higher power output compared to conventional 60-cell monocrystalline solar panels. But the most impressive feature of Panasonic's design here is that it has one of the industry's lowest degradation rates. So while Panasonic warrants the EverVolt's performance and workmanship for 25 years (which is becoming the new normal), EverVolt solar panels can be expected to produce 86% of their original nominal power after those first 25 years. Most other modules we've seen promise figures in the 80%-82% range.
