Flashing/L-Foot Kit
Ecofasten Solar's patented Quikfoot Flashing is designed to be installed on most composition shingle roofs for new or existing solar panel installations. It has a patented watertight seal and greater pullout value per mount. The slotted L Foot allows for a considerable range of adjustability and ease of install. The base plate completes a secure and watertight seal while increasing structural strength.
The benefit of this solution is that the fasteners to go in the base plate are self-drilling and an Installer would not have to deal with the labor of drilling a pilot hole and back-filling with sealant, as is needed in a lag-bolt solution (ie. Flashfoot). The most cost-effective system that's watertight and saves on labor!
