My biggest complaint is that they charge $2 per inverter per year to see the output of the inverters. I have 21 inverters, so $42 per year, and the system only generates $500 per year in electricity per year. Thats almost 10% per year just to see the output.

Well, I purchased and installed the unit, completed the online form and after a week, several phone calls and email, no response. This unit requires an account with KACO in order to work. So if you want to get logs you might be better off with another loging solution. (more)

I got the parts. No directions. This kit is just a bunch of parts and not all that is needed. An electrician, wire, and the ability to imagine what the kit makers intended would make it easier.

I had a Wisper 500 installed 2 years ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare since. Six months after the install, the blades actually fell off of the unit! Apparently Southwest used bolts that were too long to attach the mounting plate to the turbine, and after a short while they sheared off.... (more)
