I ordered one of these to install in mobile home. It installed so easily, and I am a novice at this, that I ordered a second one for a second room in the mobile home. Product was of high quality and installation instructions were easy to follow. On second order, I requested a small change in package contents and was quickly accomodated. They got it right the first time.
