I installed this unit I have a Hybrid system Of solar panel & wind This unit Is the way to go It has wind start ups at only 6 mph It is great for low wind areas I live in VIRGINIA on the EAST COAST Let me tell you A 10 15 mile an hour wind I get at least 10 amps on my meters I love it The Best Air turbine I have ever owned
