I was very excited to purchase the wireless remote for my new Skystream 3.7. Two weeks after my Skystream was producing power I ordered this unit. The ordering process was flawless and the unit promptly showed up and started working without issue. Then the frustrations started and continue to this date. The transmitter on my Skystream 3.7 stopped working within one month of installation. I called Southwest Wind Power and they acknowledged the problem. They informed me that the transmiters on the Skystream were a bad design and a fix should be available by the end of the summer. So, with a brand new $280 receiver that is incompatable with the "to be" modified Skystream transmitters, I felt the only option was to return the useless wireless remote. I called the Alternate Energy Store and they started the process..... about a month and a half ago. They have my returned unit and my money. My attempts to contact the "right" person, Danielle, go unanswered.

So, I highly do not recommend you purchase the Wireless remote. I advise you that you could get a huge run-a-round with this store if you ever need to return a product. I can only wish you good luck.
