I am new to this subject so don't have comparisons or other experience. The Solsum seems to do what it is designed to do. It is used with an 8 ah battery connected to a game camera. A solar panel feeds the battery. Seems clear that the battery life is key to solar use economics.

I wish there was a brief explanation of the 2 led's info.
