I am satisfied with the product. The only problem I had was with the instructions that accompanied it. They were rife with errors. I had to verify the correct procedure with the factory rep (Dean). I got poor service from the owner of manufacturing plant(whose name I do not recall).

One specific problem I had was with the sensor that attached to the tank. The factory info showed a "screw in" sensor which was no where to be found. Instead I had two "surface mount" sensors of the type that were to be attached at the outlet of the panel. When I called the factory I was told (by the owner?) that I could either attach it to the tank with a "SS hose clamp" or that a "screw in" sensor was available but that I would have to acquire it through Alt Energy Store (at an additional cost). It would have been a virtual impossibility to attach it to the tank with a clamp(no room). Fortunately Ben Farmer was a whole lot more understanding and saw to it that I was provided the correct sensor.

On change I would make is to provide a temperature readout which tells the temperature of the water coming from the collectors into the tank, mainly for the "WOW" factor, but also as an indication of how well the panels are performing.

After working through all the trevail of the installation, I find that the system operates quite well.
