Laing D5 Solar/090B PV-Direct Circulating PumpWrite a review

We are a solar thermal installation and repair company in Santa Fe called Golden Sun Solar. We have used the Laing D5 Solar/090B and it is a great pump. This pump is referred to by the Laing Co. as the "strong" pump. It is very reliable, and if you get it with the upgraded pump body, it gives you very good bells and whistles.

We have never had to do service on one of these pumps, although changing the power head would be very easy if you had to.

They work very well with 30 watt PV panels.

I just finished a 25 Tube Evacuated Glass solar thermal install using this pump. Our plumber had no issues and the 30W solar panel is powering it directly just fine even in varied conditions.
I wanted better instructions; a diagram of the dial and something detailed in regards to the Auto Setting. The dial indicator is hard to understand and see. The integral check valve is a nice feature.
