Great little device!
Ive got two of these switches. One is attached to the attic fan that vents the top of my garage. Its been there for 4 years now and it works perfectly. The second one is in my greenhouse, to control my vent fan. Having the thermal switch there really helps my greenhouse maintain a great growing environment for the plants that are inside. The switch closes at 80 degrees and opens at 70. By having that separation in temps, it does not set up a condition where my fans turn on and off every few seconds. They are either on or off. Period. Ive recommended these to friends and they also think that they work great. For using temperature to control a 12v circuit, these are wonderful.
