I bought eight KiloVault 3.6 Wh 12 V 3600HLX – V3 batteries. This was to replace a bank of lead-acid batteries in our off-grid electrical system. The installer of our original system recommended that we deal with altE because he has worked with them in the past and indicated that they provided good products and service ata reasonable price. The representative with whom I dealt, Nate Dooley, identified a solution to my needs and gave me as many price breaks as he could for this very expensive investment. He responded promptly to me and to the installer during battery preparation and installation. The status of the batteries is easy to monitor using an app which communicates with each battery via Bluetooth. Since their installation last month, the batteries are functioning well.
