Victron Energy MultiPlus inverter/charger units come in a compact, elegant single enclosure. They have many features including a true sine wave inverter, adaptive battery charging, a high-speed AC transfer switch, hybrid PowerAssist technology, plus multiple system integration features.
FEATURES:
- True sine wave inverter
- Four-stage adaptive charger and dual battery bank charging
- High-speed AC transfer switch allows loads to continue functioning without disruption, when the grid goes down
- PowerAssist technology helps prevent overload of a limited AC source, such as a generator or shore power connection. Where peak power is so often required only for a limited period, the Multi will make sure that insufficient mains or generator power is immediately compensated for by power from the battery. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery.
- Flexibility to stack 2 inverter/chargers for split-phase operation, or 3 units for three-phase output
- Up to 6 Multis can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output
- As a very powerful battery charger, it assists when there is limited generator, shore, or grid power
- Remote monitoring and control via the Internet from anywhere in the world (required Color Control GX or Venus GX sold separately)
- Compatible with most battery technologies, including Lithium Ion
- 5 Year Limited Warranty
Note: Some MultiPlus II inverter/chargers can have an issue with the AC input current measurement where, due to a contact issue in the Current Sense socket, the unit will read incorrect values for the AC input current. Please see the Documents tab for details on this difficult to recognize (yet very simple to solve) issue.
