The Outback Power Mobile 'M' Line of Inverters provides proper and safe connection to an external power source with an automatic switching for the Neutral to Ground. Connecting any inverter to an AC source requires management of the Neutral to Ground bond. For boats, RVs, trailers, solar solutions or any mobile application, OutBack Power recognizes the requirement for a proper and safe connection. The Outback ‘M’ series inverters appropriately make and break the Neutral to Ground bond to ensure proper safety in a mobile application.

OutBack's Mobile and Marine inverter/charger models provide the high performance and reliability you need no matter where your travels take you. They offer true sinewave power output and intelligent battery charging. The die-cast metal construction allows mounting in any position, even upside down. The required AC input neutral/ground switching is taken care of by a fully integrated 30 amp AC transfer switch for shore chord or generator hook-up. Three circuit boards and a simple design make field servicing the unit easy no matter where you are. Power factor corrected battery charging gets the most out of your shore power, or generator, while maximizing the life and performance of your batteries. The Outback Power M-Series inverter/charger is the superior choice when you need a reliable, powerful, modular, and true sinewave inverter/charger.

The Vented VFX series inverters allow cooler outside airflow through the internal electronics, making more AC power available as well as operation in extremely hot environments, improved, compared to the Sealed FX series. Each OutBack FX or VFX inverter/charger is a complete power conversion system - DC to AC inverter, battery charger and AC transfer switch. Additional inverter/chargers can be connected at any time in either parallel (120 VAC), series (120/240 VAC), or three-phase (120/208 VAC) configurations. This allows a system to be tailored to meet the specific power conversion requirements of the application, both at the time of the installation and in the future.
