Has My Order Shipped?

At any time, you can check the status of your order. Simply login to your AltE account. If you placed the order on the phone, you will need to create an account on line, using the same email address. Once you've logged in you'll see a list of your current orders and their shipment statuses as well as any available tracking numbers.

We would like to remind you that the renewable energy industry is still relatively new. These specialty products are not yet commodity items. We make every effort to offer you a wide range of RE products, which means in some cases the items are only available by special order. Additionally, due to the increased popularity of RE, many manufacturers sometimes have difficulty keeping up with demand and therefore lead times can be long. We do our best to keep you informed of lead times on our website and by email after you order; however occasionally lead times can be long or the manufacturer does not ship as scheduled.
