First, thank you for a good effort. There are opportunities for improvement.
As an integrator of alternative technologies, guiding clients in their choices, I found it took considerable patience to sit through what I already knew, and then to watch and listen as you completely blew by geo. While it was grand to find information on the technologies you did cover, it was sad and disappointing to find you completely blew past geo and offered me no cost comparison, destroying your apparent goal of being a one stop shop, and my ability to refer clients to you for a good primer on choices.
As I endured the outing of Geo, I found it sad to the point of humorous that you would recommend Kill a Watt. That it requires people to do the math, eliminates its usefullness to more than 75% of americans I deal with as clients. It would be my hope that an intelligent Killawatt that knows how long it was plugged in, could do its own calculations and deliver information to the average homeowner already stressed for time and perhaps math challenged too. It is my deepest sense that you overestimate the sense of overwhelmedness most people are experience as they look for new ways to reduce their footprint and make meaningful changes in their lives.
So, Alt E's beginning webinar is not a place I can send my clients for a look see, and it gives me cause to take what I know of Geo's applicability and costs and integrate it into a presentation of my own....something I was hoping to not have to do.
