12/24V DC Vari-Cyclone 60" Ceiling Fan VC-3 Write a review

Have two fans wired together for workshop cooling. At 13
above the floor I get a slight breeze at full rpm. At that speed they are quiet with a slight wobbly on a 3
down rod.
What I don
t like is the hub assembly . The half which the three blades are attached rides in a groove on the half attached to the motor. It appears that these two should be glued or bonded together. After talking to a Nextek engineer it was decided this was correct and not bonded. This is why the instructions point out that when reversing rotation you must first remove the blades and turn them over rather than changing motor rotation. On one fan these two surfaces was slightly out and needed to be
trued
in order to reduce wobbly.
After correcting that problem, which should not have been there, I am satisfied with the fans. They operate on a 48v system and have been left on all day and over night with no noticeable battery loss.
