Can anyone recommend a low-cost home wind turbine

My husband (retired, disabled) and me (age 55, a teacher) live on an acre in the middle of a neighbor's alfalfa farm in south central Idaho. Today the west wind is 50 mph; most days it is 20-30 mph. An electric-powered heat exchanger heats and cools our 1600 sf one-story home. We would like to take advantage of the constant winds in this area. We already have an 80' steel tower attached to the side of the house held also by guidewires. Can anyone recommend a low-cost turbine system that could help to reduce our non-electricity consumption? Any and all advice/ experience welcome!
