Bergey XL1 grid tie

Does anybody have an XL1 in a grid tie set up.. Huh

??
and also, does anyone here have a Lakota wind turbine or
could link to someone who does or sells them...
I mean STILL sells them and knows about them..??

to run a xl.1 in a grid tie setup, you would have to likely have an outback or xantrex grid tie with battery backup inverter that ran at 24vdc. outback gtfx2524 and ourback gvfx3524 would work. the only xantrex that would work in current production is the xw4024.

as far as the lakota, the only folks i know dealing with them are at true north power systems in canada, near toronto.

true north dumped the Lakota because of QA problems but
said they were a good unit.The design is good but the factory in China isnt. What a surprise.Buyers should check on some assembly issues before installing. Other people have said good things about them also and for 1600 they are a better deal than almost all other 1K turbines.
Aeromag made a mistake by moving to China from Arizona.
Quality and China dont go together.
If someone runs into a dealer ,please post it here.
