Small Battery Charging

Hello! Is there a way to charge my smaller batteries directly from my panels? Just to name a few, I have a cordless drill battery charger that plugs into an ac wall outlet. The charger's DC output is 16V, 2A. Likewise, I have a standard AA, AAA small battery charger whose DC output is 12V, 3A. Seems kind of redundant (and wasteful) to charge my bigger deep cycle battery and then charge these smaller guys from that through the inverter. I have a 12 volt 15 watt panel and a 12 volt, 5 watt one as well. Any way I can cut out the middle man? Thanks!   -Sean
