How To Configure For Radiant Heat?

We live on a creek and want to install two micro-hydro generators for our new home.  I should be able to get 5 amps from each unit.  Our home will be heated by radiant heat.  I want to use the power from the micro-hydro to heat the boiler used for the radiant heat and to provide hot water in two(?) water heaters.  I know that I can run the power into batteries then use an inverter to run the two appliances, but I would like to skip the batteries/inverter and run straight to them as a diversion load.

Can that be done and how?

Thanks
