Using 2 panels with different voltage(open circuit) connect to same controller?

Hi,
Apologize if this question has been asked before but I have a super slow and unreliable dial-up connection from a south pacific country so I can't do much searching.

I have 2 panels, one a 20w with 15V o.c. and another 30w with 21v o.c. My question is can I connect the two panels in parallel to the same charge controller (a morningstar sunguard 4.5A)? Will the higher output voltage from the 30w panel just negate the output of the smaller panel?

I have tried connecting them both, parallel, directly to the 12v battery terminal and it works. But if I am adding only one charge controller, how do I connect the 2 panels of quite different output voltages?

Thanks,
Jack
